| Player Substitutions: | |||
| Player substitutions may be made only in the event of illness or injury. Requests for substitution shall be emailed no later than 10:00 AM Thursday, October 18th, to admin@newitt-tennis.org Any substitutions submitted after Wednesday, Oct. 17 will not appear on the players list. Confirmation of substitutions will be made through the e-mail to the individual submitting the change. If you have not received a confirmation of a change, do not assume that the change has been received. Note: A coach may elect to leave a position open and play one player short. For example, if the #2 player is injured prior to the start of the event, the coach may default the position and play with only 8 entrants. But if the coach elects to substitute, the added player must be entered in the #6 position and everyone must move up accordingly. The #1 position cannot be forfeited. (adopted by NEWITT) |
