If weather is questionable call 617-627-5076 after 7 am to confirm play schedule. Indoor schedule is included on the draw sheets.
Players may warm up any time prior to the start time of their scheduled match.
All players must go directly to their assigned playing site on Friday morning. Coaches are asked to look for athletes that need transportation to another site before departing to that site.
Score cards are provided by the site. The team name that comes first alphabetically is black numbers on the scorecards (or the color numbers that comes first alphabetically on colored cards).
Upon completion of the match, BOTH PLAYERS:
* should PICK UP the
used balls,
* GIVE the new can of balls to the winner,
* REPORT their score to the SITE MANAGER
* SIGN their MATCH CARDS.
All players and coaches should remember they are guests of the playing site. Please do eat on the court level of the indoor facilities. Pick up all trash and follow the guidelines of the individual institution.
